Provide current GSA Catalog
Instructions to provide vendors catalog for review.
If you have access to the SIP software, and your last update was done internally, you can back up your current catalog and all the required files associated with it.
To create a back up file:
you will need to go to your SIP software, click on "Menu" - "Tools" and click on "Back-up" (The process might take some time to complete, please wait until this it is done)
To send the Backup file:
go to: "MyComputer\DriveC:\ProgramFiles\SipV7\Backup\" file name should be "backup.001" and E-mail it to Sales@PriceReporter.com (include your contact information). If the file is larger than 10mb, please put it on a CD and send the CD over to the following address:

Provide Vendors catalogs
In order for Price Reporter to prepare or modify your catalog, we would need to see the list of products from your vendors. We can combine multiple vendors' catalogs per your request, or we can provide you a template with all the required fields so you can prepare it at your own convenience and with no extra fees for catalog preparation.
- To prepare your own combined catalog please download this template and fill it with your product's information (fields marked as "optional" are only required for "Price optimization services")
- To submit your vendors' catalogs and have us combine them, please attach it in an E-mail and send it to Sales@PriceReporter.com (include your contact information)
- We can also download your catalog from a website (including images). To provide the location, please contact one of our catalog specialists at (201) 567-6676
Catalog Modification
Once we have your current and new catalog, we can start preparing all the necessary files for approval by the Contracting Officer (CO). We would remove any discontinued items, add new products, adjust pricing and check everything for TAA compliance.
- Please provide a detailed description of any changes you would like us to perform in this catalog update. You can email it to Sales@PriceReporter.com or call (201) 567-6676
- We can adjust the listings to improve exposure and increase potential of getting noticed by the buyer. Also we can adjust your listings with extra properties such as "Sale Price" and environmental codes such as "Recycled, Remanufactured Items, JWOD, etc."
- As a final step of our "Price optimization services", we can adjust your prices to make you more competitive and maintain them within your profit margins. In case you would like to have your prices done internally, please provide a list of price adjustments with the rest of the catalog changes
New Catalog Upload
After a Contracting Officer approves the catalog modification, we finalize this process by uploading the new catalog to GSA Advantage! This process takes between 24-72 hours from the time of final procedure.
