OASIS

OASIS, an acronym for One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services, is a comprehensive, government-wide family of seven separate multiple award, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. These contracts are designed to facilitate public sector procurement of essential services including program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific, and financial services. OASIS contracts serve as a streamlined solution, encouraging government agencies to procure services in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

OASIS contracts, developed and managed by General Services Administration (GSA), are categorized into several “pools” or subsets based on size and specialization of services. These contracts provide flexibility and convenience to government agencies while ensuring compliance with procurement regulations. The goal of these contracts is to foster high quality professional services while achieving savings for the taxpayer, reducing lead time, and increasing transparency.
