Transactional Data Reporting (TDR)

Transactional Data Reporting (TDR) is a program that gives vendors an opportunity to report transactional data. This data, which is generated whenever the government purchases goods or services from a vendor, is crucial for making federal government procurement more efficient. TDR initiative ensures that the government has access to accurate and comprehensive information, enabling it to make well-informed purchasing decisions.

The types of data reported under TDR include line-item data such as product description, quantity, price, and more. This program is not applicable for all vendors and is only eligible for certain Special Item Numbers (SINs). For a full list of eligible SINs and guidance on the specific line-item data to be submitted, please refer to our TDR page. This tool fosters transparency and allows for a thorough understanding of market trends, contributing to improved federal acquisition strategies.
