Reporting of Order Status for Advantage! Orders

Good afternoon,

If you are receiving this email, your contract is not in full compliance with the MAS Solicitation requirement SCP-FSS-001, paragraph (j)(1)(xv). 

Until this matter has been resolved, any/all eMOD requests must be rejected at this time. You will have to re-submit your most recent eMODs for that cannot be processed until this matter is resolved.  All instructions for resolution have been provided, once you have completed kindly inform me and then feel free to re-submit your most recent eMOD requests.

Please respond to this email with the following information within 2 weeks:

  • Steps/actions you are taking to provide Advantage order status for our customers, and
  • Issues preventing you from providing status.

Helpful Tips: 

  • For contractors who have multiple contracts on GSA Advantage, this response should apply to all your contracts where performance is below 100%.
  • We will take backorders into account for your responsiveness and compliance, but remember that only shipped orders count toward your shipped score.
  • Your score is the percentage of line items in all orders that have a status of shipped (minus canceled lines).

Did you receive these emails?

Your company’s points of contact (pocs) that you loaded to Advantage received several emails on this topic from the GSA Advantage! Order Status Team, which includes your most recent ship status score. If you did not receive the emails, ensure that the correct (pocs) are loaded to Advantage. If you have technical issues, contact vendor.support@gsa.gov and include your contract number(s) so they can assist you.
