Goals and Challenges
Rita’s Tape Media initially reached out to Price Reporter to obtain a GSA Contract. We helped secure an OS4 special schedule, enabling them to supply office supplies to government entities. Afterward, they engaged Price Reporter for full GSA contract management, and we have managed their schedule since then, completing numerous modifications to enhance and maintain their catalog’s relevance.
This close partnership allowed us to handle everything from pricing updates to catalog compliance seamlessly, ensuring the client’s success in the government sector.

Achievements
Since delegating their GSA business to Price Reporter, Rita’s Tape Media has expanded their catalog
from a few hundred products to 3,000, adding high-demand items and optimizing their pricing struc-
ture. With Price Reporter’s support, the client was able to add products from up to 400 manufacturers,
ensuring a diverse and competitive catalog.
Starting from scratch, their contract with us enabled them to generate over $100,000 in a short
period—a strong result for a newly awarded contract. During the August peak season, Rita’s Tape
Media achieved approximately $50,000 in sales in a single month, effectively doubling their monthly
sales with the help of Price Reporter’s Market Intelligence and pricing optimization tools.
In addition to GSA Advantage, the company is now registered on Fed Mall, enhancing their market-
place presence. They are actively exploring additional opportunities to expand their reach within the
government sector.
