GSA's OMS Order Hub is replacing the current InstaQuote workflow, and several important deadlines are approaching over the next two weeks. Missing them could mean redoing work or delaying your ability to compete for opportunities.
What’s Changing
The new OMS Order Hub InstaQuote module will become the platform where vendors manage and update their quotes.
Here are the key transition dates:
- August 6 – Final day to submit quotes that will be migrated to the new platform. Quotes submitted after this date will not transfer and must be entered again after the new system launches.
- August 12 – Final quote matching and award cycle using the current process. This week’s processing will begin August 10.
- August 17 – Vendors begin updating quotes directly in the new OMS Order Hub InstaQuote module.
- August 19 – Expected first production quote matching and award cycle running entirely within the OMS Vendor Portal.
