What’s new?

For MAS Product Catalogs, Quick Update now supports removing additional Compliance & Pricing (C&P) findings, including:

  • Missing or Invalid Data – Items with incomplete or invalid product information can be removed, corrected, and resubmitted later.
  • Self Hits Only – Products that only appear in the vendor’s own government catalog (with no commercial market pricing) can now be separated, avoiding delays while GSA performs manual market research.

BPA contractors receive additional improvements

For BPA Product Catalogs, Quick Update now also handles:

  • BPA Price Exceeds MAS Pricing – Easily remove products where BPA pricing exceeds the awarded MAS price (including during Temporary Price Reductions).
  • BPA Item Not Found on MAS – Identify and remove BPA items that are no longer awarded on the parent MAS contract, helping keep BPA catalogs aligned with MAS requirements.

Why does this matter?

This enhancement allows contractors to:

  • Reduce delays caused by a small number of flagged products.
  • Submit compliant items without waiting for every issue to be resolved.
  • Use the automatically generated removed-items file as the starting point for future correction or deletion actions.
  • Keep MAS and BPA catalogs synchronized with less manual effort.
  • For contractors managing large catalogs, this is a practical improvement that should reduce processing time and simplify Compliance & Pricing remediation.

As always, we recommend reviewing the official GSA guidance before making changes to your catalog management process.
